Noah's 14th birthday

It's crazy but Noah turned 14 on Friday, April 19th. We sang him awake like usual.

Pancake breakfast.

Daddy and Noah went for a run.

Before haircut...

...after haircut.

Luna also got a haircut since she got so hot and bothered during their run that morning. Before...

During (notice her legs)...

After... Welcome back rat dog.

I'm holding her pile of fur I had just cut off.

Free time to play video games.

We splurged and let the littles eat gluten that night for chicken pot pie. Delish.

We were still doing full on gluten free for the littles so it tasted extra good to cheat (we've started cheating most of the time since summer started).

Cake time.

Normal reaction.

Dramatized reaction. 😆

Birthday video up til this point:

Since it was Good Friday we had to go to the church for the service. We took the Malibu along since we were selling it to our church friends Aaron and Jessica.

Terry bought the Malibu when we were just engaged so we'd had it since 2003, nearly 16 years.  We drove away from our wedding in this car. Such nostalgia.

We took a picture with Noah because we always said this was going to be his car. Not anymore.

Then Evie and Samuel (and Luna) wanted a picture while Terry checked out under the car bra.

Saying goodbye to the old girl. She had been so faithful!

Bye bye Malibu!

Ice cream time later that night.

Admiring his new Lego set.

The following night my parents came over.

More Lego happiness.

Thanks to Gramma.

Thanks to Grampa.

We got him a proper grown up Bible. We love you buddy!
