Back in February I posted about a reading game that Samuel had done the same as Evie three years before. On March 13 we came to yet another game in our phonics book that Evie had done before, reading across a river.
He had to read all three words and choose the long U sound word to step on, like it was the only safe stone in a river. If he missed he would have to fall into the river but I only had to push him in once. H quite enjoyed that.

So Evie is in the back being a gigantic dork on Luna's bed because that's exactly what Samuel had done three years ago.
How cute is little Samuel back there on Snap's bed?! Not to mention tiny Evie. Kids grow so fast!
