At the beginning of this month, Terry's folks got us tickets to VeggieTales Live at the Civic Center. Shari and her family came along too. We weren't quite sure what to expect, but the kids were very excited.
The show was a lot like watching it on the TV - big veggies bouncing around singing. It was fun! It'd been forever since our kids had watched those videos so they really enjoyed the songs and performance.
We were worried Ezra would not behave in the theater but he was totally spellbound. We should really let him watch some age appropriate shows like VeggieTales (versus Transformers, Ninjago, etc., which is what Noah and Evie prefer). Afterwards we went to Culvers with Shari, Jesse, Grace and Sarah and had a crazy dinner together. Little kids are work, yo. Man alive! But it was a good evening.
