Earlier in the same day that we went to see Tim Hawkins, we had a family get together at our house for dinner and a little piano recital. Noah had memorized all of these Suzuki songs during the last two years of piano lessons and before he could move on to new ones, he needed to perform them.
It was a quick thing, no more than fifteen minutes. But even I was impressed at how much he had memorized. 21 songs!
Such concentration. Ha!
Here is a small sample of one of the harder songs towards the end of his recital (when everyone was getting sleepy).
