When Ezra was a little tiny baby I thought it was rather adorable when he discovered how to suck his thumb.
But now that he's over three and a half, it's wearing a little thin.
Ezra already has a bad habit of acting like a baby - not wanting to feed himself, not wanting to talk even though he can do so very well, not wanting to put on his clothes and shoes - so the fact that he is still sucking his thumb fits right in. I know we need to start discouraging this somehow, but I've been lax. It's nice having him still want to cuddle on my lap like this. But really, it has to stop.
